Weighed in 196.4lbs this morning gained 1.4lb !

I don't care this liquid diet is doing a great job I don't wake up looking bloated and I have put on hardly any noticeable fat.

Plus it's saving me a ton of cash
 
Saying what you're going to gain and actually gaining is a huge difference. Bro, I can tell just by your diet you are probably one bloated, constipated, shit-bomb waiting to blow. Just from what I see you post, your just going to kill yourself slowly cycling man. Get some medical advice and quit for now. Give it some time and research before you ever attempt cycling again.

Day making sure you hit your calorie intake and macros it very easy take 1
