Gaining Mass questions???

Hey, Im training my friends little brother and his stats are 5'9" 150lb 8% bf he's pretty toned already as far as definition, but desperately needs some mass. I took it upon myself to train him and we start next week, besides the 500mg of Test E ew, i recommended some weight gainer, creatine, and some casein protein before bed because of the muscle breakdown overnight. Is there anything else i may have forgot to get? I got him on a good diet too, nothing but natural proteins and some of the shakes in between meals.
Part 2.
I got him at 5 days a week 2hours a day hardcore bootcamp weight training, is that overkill? I dont want to kill the guy. I'll post before and after pics to show off my prodigy. Thanks guys.

2 hours/day of weights is WAY too much.

Why do you have him on gear.....that's insane with his stats.

You need to find another hobby.......

150lbs and hes going to be on aas? you should take the kid out for a steak dinner and teach him to eat.

I've seen dudes post their pictures on here that are way smaller than him and they stack shit with their test, whats the worst thing that could happen, he gets bigger? Its definately not gonna make him smaller, plus 3000 calories a day, please. I'm gonna post a pic of him in a few days.

i was factoring in stretching and cardio, but i was thinking of cutting, so i messed up 45 min to an hour straight weights should work

go and watch Dorian Yates Blood and Guts! There is method in our madness, less can be more. spose everyone is different but Yates philosophy works for me!

so youre saying because others do stupid shit its cool if he does too? sorry man, whether on this board or not, if youre 150lbs I think you have no business on gear. period. will 3000 calories help? of course... after 6 months or a year when he grows naturally and adds 15-20 lbs it would be a hell of a lot better for the kid. and youre a trainer?? or maybe you think youre a trainer?? sure the kid will get bigger but it seems like these are the kids who somehow do some stupid shit, hurt themselves or others, and then AAS get stamped with bullshit and the kid turns into an afterschool special. All Im saying is if you cared about the kids best interest, teach him to grow some more naturally and then once hes peaked out introduce the good stuff. This kid will put on some weight, probly lose most if hes already such a crappy eater & with questionable advise, and then consistantly need to turn to gear to make gains.

Oh and hes 28 years old and weighs 150lbs? ..................... teach the kid to eat and train properly I garantee he puts on 15-20 lbs in a year.

Sorry man, I just dont agree with you at all.

Theres no winning with you guys, you yell at fat guys that want a little edge by saying lose weight fat ass, then when i got a guy that is 150, you tell me gain weight idiot. Im no trainer by any means, but I've been both fat and skinny, I know what it takes and as far as training, i just want to make sure hes using correct form and guide him thru the routine. His bro was the same weight 4 years ago and he did his test with deca and blew up, so whats the difference being 150 or 170 really? I think your splitting hairs here.

No hard feelings rainman. I'm sure we've all been on the receiving end....

I am sure you and your friend are going to do it no matter what advice you receive here. Someone will address it with you and help or you can find suitable information surfing thru the forum.

I am not refusing to help you. I have used gear for many years but I do not feel qualified or confident to offer advice that will have a direct impact on someone's health.

You're going to do it either way. Is it recommended? Not exactly, but the truth is you're friend has the final say and odds are that he won't back down. Just make sure he's eating and training right...which is where A LOT of people screw up.

well Im on here because Im not a pro, Im waiting for some scientific reason why 20 lbs less makes a difference. Im not that hard headed, Im willing to hear what you guys have to say, but just cause you guys say its a bad idea Im not gonna run with that, i like research and I need some hard core facts instead of " your gonna kill the guy" or "your retarded" I think everyone would be kidding themselves if they say they got on aas because they were already big, the only reason people take it is to get big. So lets hear why 150 bad and 170 ok........

right i gotcha, so for mass, what foods are least beneficial? I got him eating 6 times a day whether hes hungry or not, force it.

How long has this guy been training steady in total? I couldnt see it anywhere unless i missed it..... just may be usefull to know where in his lifting career he is, yea 150 doesn't sound alot but if he been training for 8 years and gone from say 100 lbs then he prob ready. you could guage what his potential is to acumilate mass naturally before hitting the AAS + if he a relative newbie to the dicipline he may end up tearing somethin and putting an end to things before they even start.

As far as food goes, keep it clean.... chicken breast, red meat, brown rice, wholewheat pasta, tuna, salmon etc etc avoid shit food with simple sugars.

Hope this is of help
