Oh man I about knew someone would call me on it, I dont think I care all that much to prove it to myself or anyone else, and hey maybe I couldn't do it. I just dont know that I want to be puking up my guts left and right.
I really can't handle milk at all anymore because I was off of it for so long, even 16 ounces makes me gassy.
128 ounces in 30 minutes doesn't sound terrible, but yes milk rots in the gut and frankly I am not a fan of it anymore except for its raw calorie count.
MAYBE when I am bulking again but right now I'm low calories, trying to come down from the high 240s.
