I also get great response from cable lateral done in a huge drop set at the end of my routine
I like this one, face pulls standing dumbellpress and military press. maybe some front raises. HOwever maybe if you want them to grow, Try hitting them with just a couple exersices with high volume and do the more often. Instead of once maybe twice a week. do lateral raises and some presses every 3 day or eod. YOu should recover good especially with the gear. rest when you feel the need. Thats why i like push day pull day repeat. rest when you want or need.
