I think you can just add the free test but for the price u should just get the male test cause it includes lipids for about the same price.... I was just wondering how important adding the free test was over just the serum test that comes with the female hormone test????

Do the labcorp require an photo ID for people travelling from NJ to PA? Will they accept a passport rather than PA driver license?

Thanks

What does this testing typically run if you do it thru your insurance? Your way sounds better of course..but just curious

So this female hormone panel will tell us everything we need or should have checked prior to gear use? What's the diff between serum and free test? And do I add free test at labcorp?

Is adding the free test to the female hormone necessary or is the standard testosterone that comes with the female hormone panel good enough?!

I look at it like this...if your test serum (total test) is shit...were do you think your free test is going to be? I just did the female panel and added the lipid test and was told that this was good enough to get me started on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Now i just need to get a physical and I should well on my way.

The reason I say this is because I have read that free test on average is 40%-60% of total test if things are working the way they should.

Thank you for this, I just placed an order and should see some labs by early next week.

I went friday afternoon to get my blood work done and PMDlabs had my results the next morning. That was fast as shit....I wasn't expecting to hear anything back for a few days.

My test serum is shit, LDL is high, LH and FSH are low.

Got my blood work done this morning. Super easy, coupon code still works. Now just keeping fingers crossed that everything is good.

I ordered the blood work done on 3/29 and got the requistion same day. Had blood taken on 3/30 and got result today (3/31). It's true what the folks here are saying, it can't get any simpler!

Oh, and yes you got to identify yourself as female when you check out. Don't worry though, the labcorp folks are not going to ask.

I just checked out, selected male and didn't have any issues. Can you clarify why you had to check out as female?

You definitely want to check out as male (if you are male). If you check out as female, all your results are based on normal ranges for a female. I checked out as a female and had to convert everything to normal ranges for male which was a pain the in butt.

it is accurate, you just have to look up all the normal ranges for a male because they list normal ranges for a female if you go that way.

Thanks.

For those wondering, the Labcorp range for e2 is:

female hormone panel @ privatemdlabs.com is 8-42.
Male normal range is 3-70.

Here is how to get bloodwork done very cheaply by scheduling your blood panel on-line, without going to the doctor, and without the need for medical insurance. The testing will be done by Labcorp, so as long as you can get to a Labcorp office, you can use this option. There is a trick to getting this done cheaply, so read on.

***Please note that this option will not work in NY, NJ, or RI due to state medical billing laws***

Just an FYI
I'm in Massachusetts I ordered my blood test online made the appointment at Labcorp. When I got there they told me that in MA they can no longer take e-orders for blood work. On the plus side I guess they now allow it in RI. They gave me the address of a LabCorp in RI to get it done. Only a 1/2 hour trip for me, so worked out ok.
