Get Huge Routine!

17"Guns

Hey guys after new year I am going to start my cycle of 1AD/4AD to gain some serious mass. I am looking for a great routine. Like to see your ideas on what to work together and how many days a week to lift. I know I have to stick with the basic lifts. Bench, squat, barbell curls, close grip, deads, rows etc. So can someone make me up a killer routine? I would appreciate it thanks!:cool:
 
i'd start by calling yourself 16.5" "guns" - as was discussed in another thread.
then i'd suggest reading the threads directed to new posters about reading, reading, reading before posting - because there are about 101 routines for mass gains on this site.
then, if your really really crazy get into some serious supplements as the name of this board is suggestive of rather than sticking your toes into the pool and calling yourself a shark.

there is great info on this site, if you research some and still can't find what you are looking for we will gladly answer you questions!

if you happen to be interested in pharmacology check out different sections of this board as there is more information in those sections.

Sorry, you guys are right, next time i log in, i'll wear my tie-dye and bring my sing along booklet.

truth is, i'm only at 16.5" myself, but i won't sell myself for anything more or less than i am. (usually just angry) Which is why i dont have some avatar of utter faggotry dedicated to ian stuart or some other nazi scum bag (waves to "MP-5") - i'm above the lies.

hey 17" guns - congrats on the good work thus far - sorry if i busted your chops.
 
How the hell did I get pulled into this? One, I am not a nazi, Two, I wouldn't rip on some guy asking a serious question like you did. You probably have 15" arms anyhow, so who are you to give advice?
 
And I'll add that if your not a nazi - you shouldn't have an avatar of one - its a pretty serious issue.

17incher, I'd recommend the 5x5 routine in the sticky on here. I never got stretch marks until I started it, and I've made better gains in the past 2 months than in the 12 months before.
 
stretch marks aint nothing saying youre getting bigger then you would before.. strech marks come from "weaker" skin.
