Hey guys after new year I am going to start my cycle of 1AD/4AD to gain some serious mass. I am looking for a great routine. Like to see your ideas on what to work together and how many days a week to lift. I know I have to stick with the basic lifts. Bench, squat, barbell curls, close grip, deads, rows etc. So can someone make me up a killer routine? I would appreciate it thanks!
