Get Shredded Like Brad

In order to get that muscular and shredded look for the movie “Fight Club”, Brad used an intense workout routine for amazing results. His workout was characterized by focusing on one muscle group up each day, then giving it the rest of the week to recover. This is very beneficial for adding muscle mass fast, because muscles grow during rest periods and not during the actual time in the gym.

I honestly don't see this routine shredding you but for Brad it works becuse he is already lean. I just don't think the avg guy would get shredded on this routine I could be wrong.

Don't each much of jack sh*t and do tons of cardio.
Brad Pitt is 5' 10" tall and said he weighed around 135lbs in fight club.
Think about it...
Here's a FACT:
Everone has a six pack when they're that scrawny and are standing under overhead lighting...

He might be scrawny with a 6 pack but that is definitely the base you want if you're trying to put on size. This routine can definitely work but its going to be mostly based on how good your diet is.

Btw IMT I sent you a pm about contacting you guys.

Whats wrong with the regimen? I know a fair amount and have plenty of experience with differing routines. I have actually taken 3 months off and worked out at home doing only body weight exercises and became really lean, and kept my strength.

Telling people not to eat jack shit? That does not make any sense whatsoever, you only have to reduce your calories 500 below your BMR. My BMR is 3200. So 2700 cals is a lot of food and you will lose plenty of weight with that ratio if you have your macros dialed in.

Eating jack shit is the quickest way to hit a plateau and then have no where to go.

There's no chance he weighs 135 lbs in that photo. I was 5' 10" once myself and I was a very skinny 150 lbs. Plus, I have a hard time believing he did his 3rd set of bench presses at 225 for 8 reps at a body weight of 135.
