how do i get me a cool avaiter??

As default I had turned off avatar use, because I didn't make the directory for it etc.

Once turned on, I set it to 1 post min.

This so I could test it, and so I could add one myself

I think 15 is too low.

You could set a few pre-set avatars which they can choose from, once they reach like 50 or 100 posts, they can start uploading their own. Which is a great priveledge for regulars.
