well i finally wised up after a few years of gear and heavy weight and realized the number on the scale didn't hold as much importance as i thought. especially after last cycle when i ended up at 265, still had abs, but just looked ridicoulous and obvious to be honest. so i'm just wondering what a good program is to stay in my target weight of 240-245 but have it be more lean and clean. i know there are a thousand workouts listed here but i'm just lookin for a general idea. i've heard the push pull method, i've heard high volume sets,but it seems one would stay stagnant with that. i'm doin lots of cardio and runnin the right kind of gear, just need to be pushed in the right direcition when it comes to the weight aspect. if you don't know or are just gonna flame please save your time and just pass this post by. thanks fellas.
