Hey guys i've been out of gym recently for months and lost all my appetite when I was out; now im motivated as ever and working my ass off and eating right.

Wondering what you guys would expect to see /size wise, due to the fact like I've recently just lost like 15kg of muscle due to being injured and out of action.
500mg sus pw, 400mg deca pw; 50mg for first 5 weeks and then planning on running cycle for 16 weeks

Cheers for any response; matt

I did a cycle after shoulder surgery, which took me month to recover from, 2 tips from my experience...

1. Don't start training until your 100% recovered, outside of any physiotherapy you might be doing.
2. Work your way back up to where you were before the surgery.
3. Then run the cycle. Cycle looks fine, just and an AI and HCG and maybe switch the Sus for Test E or C if you can.

no one can give you a real estimate without knowing more about you..

so give us some basics

age
weight
height
bodyfat
and most importantly, you want to gain size so whats your diet going to look like? calories and macros please

I don't think you lost it all in muscle. I went months under eating and not training and lost a little less than that. I also had low T. All side effects from medications. I quickly gained back my weight once I upped calories, started lifting and got on TRT.

My weight has went up and down about 12-15 kg /20-30lbs several times over the years. Low appetite and inactivity > med change lead to better appetite and motivation and I'd shoot back up in weight.

I've been off 5 weeks from gyno removal and have lost some weight. My theory is lower muscle glycogen and other things related to the body adapting to training.

Everytime I've came back my muscles were like a sponge. They just swelled up and filled out.
