Getting back at it after divorce, gaining well and pushing hard. New member

New member introduction:
Recently divorced and decided to start pushing myself again. She never appreciated it lol. So anyways I was down to a depressing 125 lbs and decided f that. I've been back in the gym now for 5 weeks, eating properly and getting some strength back.

Stats cause I'm sure yall gonna ask:
Ht. 5'11
Wt. 148
caloric intake 3500 plus
1 gal water daily
then the usual, protien, creatine, milk thistle, grape seed extract, a few other natural supplements for general health and well being.

Looking for good support bros to help push to the next level when ready. Training advice later, as what I'm doing now is working well
 
Yep, now you can focus on the joy of training. I'm newly divorced after 36 years, 3 grown kids, 2 beautiful grand kids ! It took me out for a while.

Move on and keep your loving side a spiritual principal in your life! Go for it and good luck,
 
Thanks all, and ya its giving me the determination I need! Ill keep posting stats and taking pics. Chicks are already starting to notice.
 
I'm still trying to figure this site or using my phone lol, I've read several forums about guys using gear and 3js keeps coming up as very well respected in the nutrition aspect. I cannot pm however so if somehow someone could tell him to back to this thread so I may inquire about some nutrition that would be awesome. I feel my diet is good but it's the solid Foundation needed so any advice on what to add and when could help. Thanks in advance
