4 years ago I caught the chicken pox at the age of 34. I lost a lot of mass in 3 weeks. I had completed a number of cycles and had been training for 10 years until then. Now I have been training recently and making some gains. Should I continue to train until I reach a plateau before getting on AS? It is just a bitch that the gains are so slow and looking at the weight I use to push and I am nowhere near that now!
