well i have been missing gym for the last 2 days cuz of 102 degree body temp.. did a heavy chest workout on monday and since then i have caught fever
ahh what the hell... i really hate to miss a single workout but hten i think i should take a bit of rest...
does having fever in anyway contribute to muscle loss.. been hititng out for 5 yrs int he gym and the only time i missed my workout was ages ago...otherwise i have been regular like hell ...
so temme what can i do to ensure that my exceeded body temp doesnt result in muscle loss...
