getting mad

well i have been missing gym for the last 2 days cuz of 102 degree body temp.. did a heavy chest workout on monday and since then i have caught fever :( ahh what the hell... i really hate to miss a single workout but hten i think i should take a bit of rest...

does having fever in anyway contribute to muscle loss.. been hititng out for 5 yrs int he gym and the only time i missed my workout was ages ago...otherwise i have been regular like hell ...

so temme what can i do to ensure that my exceeded body temp doesnt result in muscle loss...
 
are you worried that 2 days out of the gym will result in muscle loss or the increased body temperature?
either way- you won't lose muscle. you could take a week or two off and be ok. just rest and stop thinking silly thoughts.
 
youll only overload your cns trying to lift heavy with a fever and stuff..heal up and come back youll be fine
 
ahh the fever is gone now but my back is soo sore..lower back makes me feel terrible...
has it got anything to do with my m1t cycle which i did 1 month back??
 
No, likely not. When you are sick, DON'T go to the gym. If you do not take a week off every 12-16 weeks you are likely just SLOWING your progress. The body needs a break from the heavy pounding from time to time. This is one of the many reasons people fail to make optimal progress.

how did you do with the m1t cycle tripz??
 
iron_addict mate, thnx for the advice...

slick i took a 20 mg nonstop m1t dose for 30 days and then i was on schwartz anti-aromatize tablets for the next 15 days...
 
ahh sorry for the late replyy.. well i was dead for 2 days.. had 103 degree fever..i m on antibiotics now...hopefuly will join gym from monday...

abt m1t, yeh its a good product but not fantabulous as many claim it to be..... gives u good muscle mass and power but the sides are disgusting..shuts your sex drive for a long time, hair loss and bloating

yeh mate i know how it feels.. havent lifted since monday :( :( but hopefully i will joining gym day after tomorrow...

dont feelhungry at all and watever i eat tastes bitter....i m only surviving on juice right now cuz solid food tastes shit..one good thing is that ever since i fell sick my abs have gone fucking hardd :)

monday is usually a chest day for me but i guess i will resume workout with a good back workout..wat say??
