As of right now, I am on day 4, of my projected 45 day goal. I am still in the process of restrengthening the body, so I have not given up on that .

Main goal with this is to lose as much body fat as possible without diminishing lean mass that I already have and am gaining.

As of now on day 4 I am 6lbs down. All Stomach and chest fat . The main areas I have been struggling with for some time.

As of now, It is killing me doing this, But I am eating a total of:
Protein : 350-400 Grams a day
Carbs : 200-250 Grams a day
Fat : 50-75 Grams

So If Im not mistaken

Protein : 1400-1600 cals
Carbs : 800-1000 cals
Fat : 400-600 cals
Total : 2600-3200 cals a day

Pretty much, All of my food is packed high in protein, I dont keep track of the food I eat, Just the numbers. At day 10, I will make another post. Then day 15 - Day 20, 25,30 so on an so forth.

Starting I was 197.7
Sitting now 191.3
Definitely notice a major difference in the stomach region.

LMAO who does cardio? I do enough walking when at work. I wore a step meter today... I walked 12,398 steps today lol = 6.23 miles Always wondered why my legs killed me
 
Seeing a little water build up in the chest an stomach area. But definitely still losing weight.
Day 8 weigh in: 190.2, down 7.5lbs will post an updated pic shortly, just got off work

Kind of disappointed in my self... Being off the wagon for 2 months an not being able to do anything really took a toll on my body. I got some tits for fucks sake LOL! But here are some updates.

You should try to more of the Atkins style diet if your really wanting to lean up. You can notice a big difference in a short amount of time. However, it will take some serious cardio and dedication for it to work properly. If interested let me know and I can hook you up with some details. Not as bad as it sounds honestly...
 
Day 15:
Weigh in is steady 190. Seeing some fat shed off now. Decided to cut my intake roughly 500 cals. So intake right now is at 2200-2600 cals a day. Difficult as shit to eat this small amount.

Still holding water in the chest an lower ab pocket. Water intake is 1.5 - 2 gallons a day... so I dont understand it. Wish fat would burn off faster. Finally losing the tits I gained from the 2 months. Still pissed off at the puffy nips an lumps under them. Talking to the doctor to see if he'll help me out, or if I just have to take matters in my hands as usual.

Muscle size hasn't really improved that much. But Its definitely getting cut again.

Also I'm not flexing, this is after working out. So I look a little eh... whatever
 
stomach area is feeling alot tighter today. Use to be able to get a nice full finger pinch. Now I can barely get anything. Started jogging some more. Hoping a little touch more walking/jogging will do the trick to get rid of the small fat deposits
 
Day 19: 189.6lbs
Been feeling like horrible crap. Decided to have my cheat day today. 2 subs from jimmy johns... 2 italian night clubs to be exact.

300mcg a day. 100x3 ED obviously. Morning/lunch/dinner type of deal. One shot will be before work outs.
Just out of curiosity... is it better for just site injection, or IM? I have heard alot of controversies on this, but never enough solid info on this.

Goal of this... To tighten up a bit, burn off fat, an see what kind of gains I could see. Always been interested in it, just decided... might be the right time to try it.
