Getting ur bf into the 6 percent range.

So I'm running test,eq,var and hgh. I just started the HGH at 2ius about 4 weeks in. I'm about 200lbs with a bf of about 8-9 percent I'm wondering how the F@#$ do I get into the 6 percent range lol. My avi i'm about 7 percent at 190lbs. That last 2 or 3 percent is very tuff and was wondering what tips you guys have. I'm doing Cardio for 20 mins plus I grapple for about 15-20 mins hard. I eat clean but I'm always worried that I will eat into my muscle if I don't eat enough. I'm always on the run and most of my protein comes in shakes which i know is bad. I would love to get into that 6 percent range.Someone said I should cut my sugar. What's your secret?
 
How active are you in your daily life? The part not involving training. Are you able to get some more of your protein from solid foods? Do you take any other shops? How much sugar do you take in on an average day?
 
Bob, have you looked into leangains? It's intermittent fasting stratigy. I used it to get down into the 5% range, whole I was natural (other than TRT). The guy that preaches it says you can get shredded and gain muscle. I wasn't able to put on size, but I didn't lose any size either. It work for me and a buddy of mine. The guy that put it together lays out diet and everything.
The last 2% is a bitch any way you do it. Good luck!
 
ok... now let's be clear about something... 5-6% is what extremely depleted professional bodybuilders are at on the Olympia stage... so if u guys think ur gonna get there and live that way in your daily life, well... it's not gonna happen. Or... if it does u are NOT gonna be very comfortable

so... if u wanna get down to 6%... yes, u have to cut sugar out, no oil, boil everything, no salt and cardio 30-40min on an empty stomach every morning... if u think u could live like that for more than a couple weeks u are not human like the rest of us... :)
 
5-6% is a world i will never know. LOL! Why are you wanting to drop so low? are you competing? No offense bro, but I think you look perfectly fine in your AVI.....pretty shredded!!

I agree with all this accept the couple week coment! Ive done it much longer but I was an even grumpyer bitch than I am now!

I don't think most of the world has a real comprehention of actuall body fat!

I take my body fat down to the 5%-6% range on a yearly basis for about a month.

Lower or longer than that and it is very uncomfortable. The soles of my feet hurt and my lips dry out when I get below 5%.

There is a very good reason for doing this every now and again and that is because it actually changes the physiological way one stores body fat.

There is a significant amount of research behind what happens to one's body when they reduce their body fat to extremely low levels but the simple story is this. The body, when the diet period is ended, restores body fat differently than it did before the extreme diet. The storage patterns are altered so that the body can get to the fat more efficiently in the future if it recognizes that there is an extreme diet taking place again.
 
I googled T3 and it is Cytomel?

I disagree with China wall on this one! Bodybuilders step on stage at like 3-4% bf. 6% is extremely lean and you're not gonna be happy but there is no reason that you couldn't walk around at that for 2-3 months during the summer.

Also he is much leaner than 10% in his avi. He has clearly defined abs and muscle separation without flexing. I'd say 7-8%.

Getting down to 6 you will lose some muscle but if thats your personal goal I say it's a good one and go for it! Idk where your diets at but it's gonna have to be perfect. Dropping carbs so low that you're gonna be pissed off like a bitch in menopause! Then add a fat burner. If that doesn't do it up you're cardio. Diet is gonna be the most important aspect here.

Most studies indicate the that the pattern shifts in two ways 1) away for visceral fat storage and toward subcutaneous fat storage and 2) away from inter-muscular fat storage and toward subcutaneous fat storage.

Have yo ever seen competitive pro bodybuilders in the off season who have significant amounts of body fat on their abs but are basically ripped everywhere else? That is an extreme example of the shifting of the storage patterns mentioned above.

First off congrats at staying so lean...its not easy,and takes much disipline. The HGH at 4iu might help speed up bf loss the last bit..

If you live in Canada, you might want to give ephedrine a try, I usually use it every other day when I'm working (construction in the summer time) and it gives me s#itload of energy, makes me sweat more, eat a little less, and a bunch of other things, if my diet is clean (which usually is) then I can drop down a couple of % easy just by cycling ephedrine, its not the safest way but is safer than clen, usually 24mg-32mg/ EOD is good enough for a month or so. 2-3 months at 6% will be uncomfortable

if i dropped any lower than 7-8% i have cramping issues with my MMA
