So I'm running test,eq,var and hgh. I just started the HGH at 2ius about 4 weeks in. I'm about 200lbs with a bf of about 8-9 percent I'm wondering how the F@#$ do I get into the 6 percent range lol. My avi i'm about 7 percent at 190lbs. That last 2 or 3 percent is very tuff and was wondering what tips you guys have. I'm doing Cardio for 20 mins plus I grapple for about 15-20 mins hard. I eat clean but I'm always worried that I will eat into my muscle if I don't eat enough. I'm always on the run and most of my protein comes in shakes which i know is bad. I would love to get into that 6 percent range.Someone said I should cut my sugar. What's your secret?
