gh help

Hello! I have read all i can find on females posting about gh, and any other info I can find. I understand how it works and what its suppose to do. I'm trying to find information/timeline info on what to expect. Expectations without stacking, etc. Personally, I'm 2 weeks in, and only feel like crap. I'm doing 2ui a day. I will go to 5/2 next week since I don't train on the weekends. I have gained 5lb since starting, have that 'run down' feeling quite often, headaches, and water retention. From what I can find, it sounds like its going to take my body a couple months to adjust. I'm hoping for any advice, food suggestions, etc to help with this transition. I'm 5'4" appx 137 (now 141ish). I do cardio kickboxing 2x a week, full body weight training 2-3x a week (chisel,body pump classes) and yoga 3x a week. Oh, I am 39 years old. Please don't respond if you can't be courteous.

I felt great on HGH, I never felt run down or like crap. Why are you taking 2iu already?

I started off taking .5iu then 1iu for the first few months, then I increased it.

I am 15 years younger than you so my natural GH is still fairly high, but I did not see very much until about the 3rd or 4th month. I felt a lot better within the first few weeks. I had more energy and improved sleep.

Thank you Blondie_Bombshell for responding. I started with 2ui due to a severe knee injury. I broke my knee cap, now have 3 nails in it, cadavar tendon replacing my cartilage surrounding my knee cap and a new cadavar patellar tendon. I agree with you, I think the dosage was too much to quick, that's why I felt so bad. I am starting to feel much better. Almost 3 weeks in. I am sleeping much better at night, and already notice my workouts are more intense. Whether thats the gh or just my mind thinking I'm stonger, I haven't quite decided yet. I have read your log several times, trying to learn as much information as possible. I've decided since I have the opportunity to use gh, I might as well take full advantage. I'm very excited to see what it can do for my body, wellness, mind, etc. Losing body fat is NOT going to hurt my feelings at all! What do you think about adding some needtoslin?
 
Good! I am glad that you are feeling better. Just do not go over 2iu/day.

I love the N2slin. I like to take 2 before any meal that has processed carbs. Which for me is breakfast and pre workout. The first 2 weeks I felt a little bloated but after that I got a lot leaner. It also gives you a nice pump when you lift!

Definitely give it a shot if you havent yet.
 
I'm hoping the bloat with N2S isn't any worse than what I have experienced so far with the gh. 7 pounds in 2 weeks! Kind of has me freaked out. Will the N2S help with weight loss as well or just burn fat? Since my injury, I've put on a good 10 pounds. I work hard and my diet is mostly clean, a cheat day usually once a week. Not too much cheating then either, I feel too guilty!

Nah I only gained like 2 lbs in the 2 weeks. I would lower the gh to 1.5iu and see if the bloat goes away.

The N2slin will help with fat loss not just weight loss.

Instead of doing a cheat day. Do a cheat meal every 10 days. That has really helped me.
 
I'm ordering N2S now, and I will take your advice and drop to 1.5iu a day. I was also thinking of doing 5/2 instead of 7 days? I've read conflicting opinions???

I love Need2Slin, I've been taking it for over 7 weeks now, I started at 128 lbs & I've lost 3lbs, But have leaned out a lot, At first I did feel bloated for the first 5 or 6 days, didn't weigh myself, but felt bloated for sure, after the first 7 days I just felt great, awesome pumps, and started to see results, looked leaner than when I started. I also felt hungrier than usuall at first, but this stopped this after the 2nd week.

I take 3 caps a day, one 30 min before my largest meals of the day (containing the most carbs)

My back is doing much better ! Thanks for asking :) I'm still not doing my usuall leg routine, but better safe than sorry..

I really have no experience with GH, Blondie can recommend if you should up your dose again, since she's run GH before.
I know GH takes time for you to see the benefits, and I've read of women that have felt like crap at first, What brand GH are you using ?

Can't wait for you to start taking the slin, everyone reacts differently to supplements, but I really like how Slin works.

As far as loosing the 10 lbs, how's your training ? how much cardio or you doing and what intensity ?

I was stuck at 134 lbs since I after the birth of my last child 3 years ago, what helped me loose those few lbs was diet/Cardio, try doing AM cardio some days of the week,
You can also try a Pre-workout supp to give you an extra kick, more energy, better focus, I was taking N2KTS from NeedToBuildMuscle.... I totally loved, I took 1 scoop in the morning 30 minutes before my cardio & had so much energy, got sooo much more out of my workouts...

N2S sounds great. Are their any sides? I'm especially interested to know if it disturbs sleep.

Hi Bronx Girl :)

No it doesn't disturb sleep, only side I had was the first few days a bit bloated, & hungrier, but nothing else.

The positive things I've noticed with the gh are I sleep SO much better. A deep sleep at that. Also, I've had a back injury for over a year. The ache isn't at all what it used to be. I feel I'm stronger in my workouts as well.
The negatives so far. BLOAT!!!! 7 pounds and its not going anywhere. My breasts are super tender, headaches, I have that 'run down' feeling quite often, to the point I have taken several afternoon naps. I NEVER do that!
I am not letting myself get discouraged, as I know gh is for the long haul, and everything I've read says you won't start to see results for about 3 months.

LOL ! Don't worry about the bloat, you'll see it goes away, It did for me after like the first 5 days, Are you drinking enough water ? at least 1 gallon per day. You might also feel a bit hungrier with the slin, I also felt this at first... Don't worry the water ballon effect will not last long..:)

With GH I know it has made some women feel like if they are teens in puberty, crazy periods, tender breast... at first, but like you say, don't get discouraged, keep your self focused Girlie ;)

I have been taking 2ius per day for a month and I am 2 weeks late with my period. Does HGH affect the menstral cycle? I was told not. Does anyone know more about this?
 
Hello M75! I have had a hysterectomy so I can't answer your question from personal experience. But, I am on my 4th week in and have experienced very tender, swollen breasts. I've read that for women the 1st couple months are rough. You feel as if you've hit puberty all over again. Blondie_Bombshell suggested that I go from 2iu a day to 1.5iu to see if that helped with my sides. I have done that and am feeling somewhat better. Are you having any sides besides besides the period?
