GH, what penalties under law?

What can you expect getting caught with GH? Say 1 kit or 50kits. Is it a prescription drug without a script or intent to sell. What severity can be expected?

I wouldnt advise getting caught!!!!!!. It seems obvious 50 would be considerd intent to distribute, unless you prove it was a stockpile for you only....( hard to do).... 1 kit personal... ?????? . I am not trying to find out either!!!!

its different from state to state. Some states from what I understand (NY & FL) its a felony others its not.

It entirely depends upon what state that your in, each state has a separate set of laws dealing with hgh.

ya but trying telling a judge that 50 kits + 100g of test are for personal use i think that they would consider very small amounts as personal use; but judges, like the rest of society, dont like steroids period and will generally punish acordingly.

true, but as long as the amounts are small, only a few kits at a time, customs is actually letting them through even when opened

I was referring to NY, why would it be a felony. Its GH is it because they consider it an anabolic? Why don't all the states get there shit together and atleast stay consistant?
