given the fact most doc's are complete garbage when it comes to this

the problem is that a lot of the doc's feel like your challenging their knowledge and don't give you any respect when you say that you've looked into something
This is where you need to act like a grown-up. Quit trying to tell your doctor what to do and help guide them to an appropriate treatment protocol. If you come across as immature in person as you do on the internet, it is no surprise that doctors won't take you seriously. Go in with facts, case studies, and ASK your doctor if you would be a good candidate based on your symptoms. Leave out asking "wut" and "when will I feel like a bouce".

Most importantly, you had a doctor offer to start you on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with a gel. Lots of people respond well to gels. If you need help so badly, why would you turn it down?

+1 well stated.

because he gave me a script without even looking to see whether it was pituitary or testicular, and i don't want to start testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) without taking precautions to preserve fertility, and he didn't even mention infertility as being a possibility

i dont go to any doctor's appointment with a chip on my shoulder or anything, i go in with the best intentions and attitude, but when they tell me 300s is normal when i'm 22 with a history of medications that can cause this and reporting symptoms that correlate with low T i get agitated

This doesn't make sense. You reject the gel he offered because he didn't look deep enough for a cause but you want to convince him to prescribe injections without looking any further?

if it comes down to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) i want the injections, but i wanted some answers before i decide to go down that route

for him to just give me androgel without looking into it further was not a good sign

People already gave you a number of things to check before a lifetime of TRT. Regardless, it would seem as if your mind is already set when you post things like this...
when i start injections am i gunna feel like a fawkin baws?

everything that ive read has said that injections are the way to go and that i'd be wasting my time with the gel

if it comes down to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) as the best course of action, i want the injections with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), is that wrong to want that?

Hey Nordic ever get that feeling that the song remains the same and the second verse is the same as the first...

Quit reading on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and read up on possible causes for your low T.

As with any medical condition, your doctor will want to find a way to treat your condition with the least amount of medication possible. He/she will want to prescribe T only if you need it. Same goes for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) or an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). IF you need it, then it should be prescribed. Hormones are not a one-size-fits-all deal. You should want the best medication to treat your condition. For some people, that is a gel. However, as I stated before, it would appear as if you mind is already made up.

id love to be able to figure out a cause

none of the 5 doctors ive been to will even venture a guess, they said my other hormones were normal so they think its a testosterone production issue

ive been on medications that can have affected this or injury when i was younger, which ever it is its low, most of the docs say that 300s is normal and i shouldnt do anything, but i go in to see a uro months ago before i even knew my level, i seek treatent for anxiety and depression before i know my levels, turns out my levels are way low for a 22 year old and all these things correlate with low T, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to connect the dots

As mentioned several times now, we gave you a list of other things to check. Good luck. Hopefully, you can find the cause.
