Soul Rebel said:Looking very good! So you find it better to only drink a shake PWO rather than to just eat? Have you tried both ways and found a shake better for weight maintenance? I would like to hear your opinion on this as I am a full time student and really only have time to lift at night; I've been eating instead of taking a shake PWO, but have noticed some weight gain. Although honestly, I'm not sure if it is solely due to the PWO (late) meal with 2:1 1/2 carb ratio.

So you gained 10 lbs after PCT?
How do you know it's the green tea that keeps you in shape?
JMHFL7 said:Yeah, you gained 10 lbs after post cycle therapy (pct)? Hows that possible?

LiftTillIDie said:LOL he weighs 195, it's not like he's going from 250 to 260 after pct.
gogo4 said:Well for me being 5'11 195 - 205 is not easy brother since I never broke 200 before.
Now If I was 6'5 and went from 250-260 than it would be almost the same thing don't ya think?
LiftTillIDie said:I wasn't criticizing you at all, as I've said before you look great. I was just responding to the shock of some of the other guys about you gaining weight. The body isn't magical if you feed it calories you can gain even during post cycle therapy (pct) especially if you are not over your genetic max. I would disagree that a 6'5 person going from 250 to 260 is the same as a 5'10 guy going from 190 to 200. A taller person will be proportioned differently but 250 lbs is still 250 lbs and it's a lot harder for the body to support mass once you get heavier.
