Hey ladies and gents !! A newbie just posting up some pics of myself on stage and a couple pics from yesterday.

I'm 41 and was 246 onstage April 21st and am currently 272 as of today. Lots of great info on this site and I'm happy to be a part of it !!

My first show was back in '89 as a junior. I didn't compete again until 2010. Just came second in Atlantic Canada in the Masters' division (40+).

I'm starting to train now for my provincial championships in November. Hoping with a few good chemicals...some PEP's and a whole whack of GH to be competing at 270 on stage in November !
