Hi!

I think I'm going to get completely blown to bits for this as I imagine you see this kind of question alot but, here goes...

I'm 20 and need to shed alot of weight relatively quickly. Started dieting around 2 months ago with light cardio exercise built in. I'm ready to start doing weights again though more for toning purposes now.

Someone recommended, to aid my weight loss, Trenabol. It will help me strip fat when working hard at it in the gym - 5/6 nights per week on a proper routine with cardio worked in - I'm very well aware of the work I'll need to put in.

My problem is I have never taken any substance to aid strength, weight loss etc. before. Is it safe? Is it the right stuff for me?

I'd really appreciate any help, guys. Thanks.
 
You can lift weights while dieting, it works great and you lose weight faster. Maybe you should look more in to the EC stack or clen. First you should get a blood test to see where you are health wise. Test, estradiol, etc.


Higher calories and protein and you can gain some muscle relatively fast as is, being new to lifting and having just come off a diet.

Strict diet and alot of cardio
I'm talking 2x a day cardio for an hour min
Cardio fasted first thing in the morning is best
make sure to cal count it's super inportant

If all else fails. Hire 3J. The greatest drug u can get
 
a simple diet of chicken brown rice or chicken and veggies about 4-6 times a day with a regular work out routine followed by cardio for 20-45 min will help you lose a ton. i dropped down to about 9% bf in about 3 months just doing that without the help of any supplements besides a isopure type protein and preworkout drink for energy.
 
Welcome to ology. You are too young and not ready for steroids, and DEFINITELY not ready for tren. Diet and cardio is all you should need. What are your stats?
 
i wonder who was guy that told him that lol...yeah bro use some tren that's going to help u cut fat...best advice is to stay away from your friend brother...just keep your diet real clean n cardio atleast 30 minutes n fat should be melting of..peace..
