Got "Approached" tonight at the gym

Dude some of the shit crazymike and georgia has said literally has had me spit my protein shake on my computer before. Fucking crazy juicers

Actually man I really need width! My lats are thick but not wide...lately though I've been doing lots of wide grip pull-ups. I'll do them weighted until I reach failure, then I do them with my body weight until I reach failure, then when nothing else is left, I go to the assisted pull-up machine and burn them out.

After that I usually can't raise my arm above my head :D

There is 2 gyms in the town where I live, & I go to the one where there's less people, mostly cops (because they get 50% off) & old people go to that one and young ignorant kids go to the other, except a few my age (22-23 yo) I go because I do security at the hockey games & also get 50% off (the gym's at the arena) and since I'm the biggest & most shredded there I have my own little fan club of cops, old people, & kids that look up to me and try to do what I do, they all don't know I'm on gear on and off though. I def. wouldn't want the cops to know

^Good shit man. I'm not the biggest guy there buy far but these kids haven't seen me in a bit and i definatly look different.
