Greedy question / Dumb question (so I think)

So, last week I injected and pulled some blood without realizing. Instead of properly disposing of the needle, it got mix with my needles to draw for my next injection. I pulled 1 ML AND then realized I had the blood droplets from 4 days ago. So dumb question ( I say dumb because the most safe way to go is just to discard and redraw), can I use this ML of test or should I just throw it away and draw a new dose?

Yuck. Throw it away. What's wrong with you. How do you even mix up used needles with fresh ones?? They should be sealed.

I call troll.

While it is your blood, so it is safe to be put into your body when fresh, it is no longer fresh. It now is full of bacteria and other nasties - you do NOT want to put them into you.

blood that sits in a syringe can become infected with hep c. hence heroin addicts that never share needles but still contract hep c, using the same needle without serilizing. GARBAGE
