Today was leg day and all the squat rack were occupied so I decided to start with some leg press. On my final set with 5,000 lbs I did something to my groin *. It feels like I may have possibly pulled my groin, but I don't understand how the heck I would achieve that one the leg press. I know that the leg adductors come in to play during this exercise, but if baffels me that this happened. Anyone else ever do something like this?
