growing my damn calfs

they wont grow whatever i do ,i am lost and its annoying not to be able to grow them,any good routines guys ?can i do anything else to grow them other than working them out?thanks
 
maybe try:

Using a leg press machine and position it to do calf raises. Key here, at the bottom, where your calves are relaxed, try to get a stretch between every rep. I mean 10-15 seconds of letting the weight stretch out your calves. the do a rep and go back to the strecthing phase. This seems to be working for me.
 
I honestly dont care much anymore about the size of the calves anymore. Im satisified with them as long as they support me with squatting.
 
I hardly think implants are a way of making them grow...
Have you tried all calve variations standing, seated, donkey, one legged??
How much you lifting and how much do you weigh?
 
when i was 110 pounds, i didn't bother with legs/calf workouts and stayed with upper body until friends noticed my legs/calf lacking...

so I trained them without looking at them in the mirror.....

i just kept on training....tried various techniques.....most of it you already know and heard.

bro, i've been in your shoes and no, i am not saying I have a big calves nor a good genetics of it...but...what I am saying is that...don't complain and just keep working then. sure, you've heard a lot of it...but keep going...seriously...

also, pics of your calves or vids of your workouts...that would help
