guys i need perfect Abs workout plan!

dudes i am doin gym for more than 3 years i am 24 +90 KG+ 1.87 Meter Height .. i am currently on my first steroid cycle= test + D-bol

i am doing workout 5 days a week and generally do abs workout in the end of my workout with 2 different types of abs workout and around 2 3 sets but still i m not good on it specially my low abs has nothing no muscle ,, my body naturally is thin so i skip cardio because i dont believe i need but abs workout some perfect one what do u advice guys!
 
do hanging leg raises but diet plays a ahuge role in abs, and also doing your compound lifts will help develope your abs as well
