Guys, So I had to stop lifting because I had to take on family responsibilities 3 years ago. Now I have a chance to go back to gym and hit the weights, But I work in a pharmacy usually 10 hours a day and I am a full time chemical engineering student with pre-pharmacy minor. So when I get home I am exhausted I dont have any motivation to hit the gym. How do I overcome this ? should I take preworkout late in evening so I can workout to max ?
