Gyno? Puffy Nips? w/PICS !

It isn't I know for sure....I haven't had issue before, but I've always had a naturally thick chest, even when I was a runner...
What are you suggesting? I have gyno? Puffy nipples normal?
I'm highly considering aborting the cycle...
 
Yea man definately having a gyno flare. Id blast some letro or at least try some other brand of arimadex, stane is my preference.

See if some others with a better eye then me chime in. I have never had it so I'm not expert. They look a lil puffy to me. If you tighten up your pec by flexing, is any of the surrounding area of the nipple mushy or feel flabby? should be tight .

I just did it and there is a little bit around the nipple that is mushy... the rest of the pec is tight when I flex....
If I abort, what should I do?
continue my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) @ 1mg ed until start PCT with clomid n nolva?
Should I get some letro and do that as well during the 2 week waiting period before PCT meds start?
 
Anyone else want to throw in some opinions/ suggestions? I'd really appreciate it!

Maybe abort for now, come back and do testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) levels of test and a nor 19 w/caber....Idk....or stick with eca, clen
 
Heres a simple trick to tell if you have it or not. Raise one of your arms up and put it behind your head like you're doing overhead tricep dumbell extension, then see if your nipple is flat, if its flat its not gyno if it sticks out then you might have it, also touch it while your arm is raised see if there is anything underneath, if not you then its just puffy nipples. I notice when my nipple gets cold they are rock hard, when its warm they get a bit puffy even though im at 9% bf.
 
Not sure if its gyno. While im on cycle, my nipps are huge. Almost the size of pencil erasers. With my arms down, they even stick out a little. I freaked out when it first happened. With my arms behind my head thry are fine. No pain or anything. Could just be the test. Do what Protobuilder suggested

You can't mix Nolva with Adex - they have a drug interaction which kills the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) capability of the adex. That's part of your problem as adex is non-suicidal and you've effectively stopped it by adding nolva at the same time, causing rebound. I'd switch to letro or aromasin and see how it goes, but your nipples definitely are a bit on the suspicious side imo.

I did it and when my arms are back it sticks out just a little.... nothing underneath thats noticable except for glands... not hard lumps etc...
but both nips are puffy now...???? This shit is scary!

DAMN!!!!!! so I took 1mg adex fri, sat, sun, and 1.5mg today took nolva 21mg satu sun and today...
both nips are now puffy when only the right one was before...
What do I do man?!!?!?!?!?!?!
I'm literally freaking out....
 
stop the nolva and stay on the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) daily, you're Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is pharma so its good, just weak in the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) group , i like Aromasin , have not used letro but RUI has it
 
First, calm down. It's not like you have full blown bitch-tits and be thankful it wasn't a 19-nor problem or you'd be getting Dairygold stamped on your ass. :wiggle:

Second, I'd (this is MY opinion, someone might have a better option) drop the nolvadex and keep that adex at 1mg ED to see if it reverses. If not, then you can go to town with the letro and nolvadex. You're in kind of a sticky situation as you need the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to prevent more estrogen from being converted, but the SERM keeps the gyno from forming - I think you're still waaaay early, and should be able to correct it with a high dose of AI.

Okay so stay with the 1mg ed of adex, drop the nolva for now...
When letro comes take it in the .5 then 1.0 then 1.5 fashion up to 2.5 then when it subsides taper down, correct?
Also, take the 1mg adex ed with the letro???

My nips are like erasers too. No puff, just nip like a mofo. Not to mention I've gone from 209 to 230 in the last 10 weeks, I NEED new gym clothes, my nips are freakish ;)
I'm running exemastane 25mg e3d too.
