Hoping for some help.

I've done a lot of reading on the recommendations of tamoxifen for gyno reversal. So it's been decided that I will be taking 20mg ED till it subsides. I have two questions, however.
Whats everyone else's opinions on this, and has anyone been succesful doing this while on TRT?
Also, do I continue to take my AI (.5mg 2x/wk after injections) while taking the tamox?

Thanks in advance.

Is this old gyno, or a new flare? If its new - it was likely caused by elevated estrogen. Have you gotten your blood done recently?

A brand new bump can get reversed by Nolvadex/tamoxifen or Evista/raloxifene but... it will just come back if you don't fix the underlying issue of elevated estrogen.

What is your weekly testosterone dose?

^^^ These are the ?'s to be answered. How are your most recent bloods with your protocol? If your e2 is in line at that ai dose then keep taking that dose of dex and just add the tamox. If they are elevated up the dex dosage and take the tamox.

Most recent E2 bloods came back at 40 pmol/l with ref range of 40-160. I've jsut had some more done and awaiting results.
Should I wait, or start the tamox?

If it was me, I would not wait.

I've fought gyno for many years, and still face alot of nip sensitivity, even after removal surgery. I think there is less harm in starting reversal measures than there is letting it settle in.

But still, you can't ignore the underlying issues.

You didn't answer the last question, what is your weekly dose of T?
