Gyno surgery advice

A little over a Year ago I had surgery to remove my Gyno. The operation was a complete failure and barely any of my gyno was removed only fat. I'm trying to work with the surgeon to get a revision and correct things. He says he still wants to leave a little bit of breast tissue in to avoid inverted nipples. I am worried that my nipples will still look the same if he leaves any tissue in. At the same time the look of inverted nipples doesn't bother me.

I am looking for advice from those with experience in this topic. Should I demand all the tissue be removed or allow him to go about his way And leave some in.

Thank you guys

Find a surgeon that's willing to work with you and remove the entire glad you're the one paying, lots of surgeons aren't used to doing them on body builders but more on "normal looking" people with a higher body fat percentage, it's more difficult for surgeons to do it on people with a lower bf% , and most of the time it isn't cheap also try and make sure the surgeon you go to specializes in gyno removal. If they're not willing to remove the whole glad, or close to virtually all of it, start looking for a different surg

Bro,
If u feel the surgery wasn't to your liking get it done again. I made that mistake, got the surgery,
glands were removed but they are still a little puffy. I can't go back cause the main reason was to remove the gland, which I thought was going to bring the puffiness down. Didn't have to pay for it live in Canada but if I want to go back,it would have to be threw a plastic surgeon which will now cost money. The good thing is I know the glands are removed, don't have to worry about gyno flare up again ( I hope). The puffiness isn't as bad as it was b4, but its still there. Still do all proper pct and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle not taking any chances.

Also I agree, I would rather have inverted nipples instead of puffiness. Just my 2cents!!!

So removing the gland won't get rid of the puffiness?

It helped it out a little but I'm not satisfied with it, everyone is different though, I've had this problem since puberty, the gear just really flared it up. No issues with gyno now, nipples still a little puffy but its better than it used to be.

I had gyno surgery. Gyno was a a problem since puberty for me, the gear just made it worse over the years.
I got it operated on and he left a shaped piece under each nipple so it wouldn't cave in. He takes the lump and cuts it like a thick dime or whatever and places it back in. Mine made my chest shape perfect no more puffiness no more lumps you couldn't tell he left a piece there even by feeling around. Did a great job. I am also in Canada so it didn't cost a dime. Your call but I wouldn't want my nipples looking inside out personally. If he knows his shit it will look perfect.

Should have gone to your doc..lol

as a dude with inverted nips i gotta say its def akward at times when people stare at my nips. lol, it used to bother me alot but now i just brush it off. it is wierd however and would guess not alot of guys would want inverted nips i understand this %100 even though males have no need for nipples at all. btw i thought gyno was hard lump deposits behind the nipple not chest fat?

You're correct. I had a little bit of both. Although i was only concerned about the gland being removed. The doctor only removed some fat and not the gland. He told me he wanted to try this new vaser lipo that will immulsify the gland and remove it all and i dont need to be put under for the surgery and ill recover faster. Well the jerk lied and my glands are still present.

Ive been back to talk to him multiple times. Ive gotten excuses anywhere from "give it time, thats just swelling from the surgery", to "you look fine, its inyour mind"

Well bottom line i dropped 5k to have two glands removed and theyre still there a year later.
