Hammer strength Deadlift machine

never seen one. we have about 100 hammer strength machines, in all of southeast asia. free weights and sex.
 
I am not a fan of them, they limit your range of motion and with heavy weights it is easier to injure yourself with bad form.
 
we have one in my gym
most peole thin its a shrug machine lol

deads are to be done with a bar..period and never off a smith machine either
a machine cannot adjust to your leverages..same goes for a smith

you should have seen it...

a guy went to our gym and hugged the standing calf machine..thinking it's a quarter-SQUAT MACHINE!! so he went and did his quarter squat and was happy too when he filled the entire bar of max plates....and says 'that's all?'

he now makes me cry..

im guilty of doing shrugs in ours lol . i think being able to vary your hand space from front to back by moving up or back in the machine lets me find a spot that saves my bum shoulder a little .
 
It's kind hard to describe what it looks like. It has 4 handles, Two of them being higher than the other two, a platform, and the 'knobs' to put the weight on.

I'm guilty of this one as well, but fuck the thing works better for shrugs then deadlifts. its a pretty good variation for my workouts.
