Hard time sleeping?

I haven't slept good for the last 7 years. I've tried melatonin, it worked ok at 15mg.

Then I stumbled on a few supplements. 5-HTP, tryptophan and Tyrosine. Tryptophan seems to work the better of the other two in keeping me sleeping through the night and helping me fall asleep faster. It also makes me more calm thruout the day. I cycle the three right now to find the right one.

Anyone that has trouble sleeping should give it a try. Haven't tried these with Melatonin on top of it.
 
I assume you can just buy those at a health food store? My sleeping sucks because I'm a night owl. I can sleep like a log during the day but that tends to affect my employment.
 
Happens to me when I hop on cycle

I must have a Carb Meal at night with a glass of milk after

sometime if i have too will have a small glass of wine
 
get some ghrp-6. knocks me out if i do a before bed dose. i have beena night owl my whole liife too.

if i do it in the morming or pwo i will more then likely fall asleep for at least a half an hour too after each one..

A lot of protein powders have trytophan in them. GNCs name brand protein does. So a shake before bed is protein+trytophan=good sleep

I have done a few cycles of ghrp-6 and never got sleepy on it, at least not that I noticed. All I remember is the intense hunger.

your body will eventually get used to all the stuff . To cure my sleeping problems I started to listen to Music , lol , I know but Music has great healing power.
you may also want to change your bedroom settings like mattress overlay
also go to bed as per fixed schedule.
changing the schedule could also ruin your sleeping.
