I have heard alot of this style of diet and i want to try it to lose fat and preserve muscle. Can anybody vouch for this type of diet? And is it worth it?
Yeah they do, if done right. The last time I went on one My waist got smaller and I put on about 5 pounds and everyone said they could tell that I had lost a lot of bf.
They work great if you are really strict on it no cheat days you can get results in a week and have your body in ketosis with in days. Run it wit an ECA stack cause after a week or two you will get a little sluggish ECA keep energy up.
