havent been able to make it to the gym in two weeks!

i have made steady progress over the past two months....but because of work...and a cruise i havent been able two make it to the gym....i feel smaller...is that just because i dont have a pump? or could i have lost muscle that fast?
 
I know what you mean...a week outta the gym and I feel like I've never worked out before. It's amazing the changes you can see in your own body, however they are not noticeable to other people.
 
I just took off 3 1/2 weeks, kinda crazy. Feels good coming back though, and sometimes a break is a great motivator - thanks to GUILT
 
i took a month off and felt awful. no shit. i would advise to keep yourself active. cardio is your friend during those time offs
 
Yeah i feel that way now due to an injury,and its weird how a short break makes you feel that way.Dont let it discourage you,but motivate you to get back into it when you can.

for real...im coming back real slow from over a month off feels good but defiantly a lesson learned...dont ever take that much fucking time off unless you absolutely have to.
