Havent trained in 4 days...been sick, im deflated....need help!!!!

Ive been sick the last 4 days and havent eaten more than 3000 calories at the most since i got sick. Been on a nice cycle w/ slow quality gains but ive lost my pump. I feel so damned deflated.....

Need some suggestions on foods that will blow me up again quick!!!!!

just eat bro.....i personally would power feed for a few days....up the cals, up the fat, up the protein, up the everything
 
Been doin EOD shots and stopped for this wk. Ill be in the gym tomorrow doin light whole upperbody and hopefully by day after tomorrow ill be eatin and balls to the wall again.

Chicken you say? I dont know about that, mine had whiskers...
 
Drink a liter of pedialyte 2x a day and try to eat as much as possible. Eat fruit 3-4x a day...especially when you wake up, pre and post workout, and before bed time.
