It does happen but here is the thing. Trt should include hcg etc which will help but if I was young and wanted children I would not blast and cruise. It can def cause you some issues. Everyone responds differently and you are taking a chance. Some can do a restart and be totally fine and have children, some even do so when on trt and have children, but it is important to note at one time test was considered a viable male birth control in europe. The success rate was around 70% though so it is not near as effective as female hormonal contraception.
So the answer? Well there really is not a 100% clear cut one however I would say trt or blast and cruise does have the potential to reduce your ability to have children. This will be true in some more than others and you dont know which applies to you. A family/children is an amazing thing, to risk not being able to have one/some to put on some muscle IMO isnt very prudent, but again, individual decision. As was said earlier, if I wanted a family my protocol would be cycle with hcg and solid pcts....not blast and cruise or trt if it could be avoided. If it (trt) couldnt be avoided I would seriously look into serm therapy or hcg mono therapy if it was at all possible for me as a trt protocol over T injections.
