Luigi, please, at least make something like this (posting on the open forum) as being your absolute last resort in resolving your problem. If it had been over a month since your order and you had tried emailing the company with no repsonse, had Mods look into the situation for you with no luck, and if then you still did not know a thing about your order and its whereabouts, then this thread would be something that I would have no problem seeing. But those parameters do not fit in this case so please, next time use better judgement. Usually there is just a simple mix-up between the company and the consumer or they are just a tad back-ordered but by taking it to the open forums, you make the company look bad and it might not even be their fault.
Something to think about. Personally this forum isnt for people to complain about other company's services but like I said, we would allow it in extreme situations where you have done your all to find out where the problem lies. I dont believe that applies in this case.
No reason to take this as a shot at you for being new, trust me its not, but im just kind of letting you know how we like to run things here.
