hey quick questions.. on the ampules how is it that u use them?? proably a dumb question just used to rubber stoppers

other question im about 3 and a half weeks from the end of my cycle was wondering if i should go ahead and use the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to kick start my self befor comming of.. was thinking aout doing 1000uis tommrow and the 250-500 every 4 days what do you guys think

You snap the top open, gently drop your bacteriostatic water down into it and pre-draw your insulin pins. Some people put into a sterile vial with a rubber stopper on top, I prefer just to pre-draw and put my pins in the fridge.

Some brands come in standard vials now, minus the water of course.

and yes, you can start now. I would anyway. I wouldn't do 1000iu at once though. Just do 3-500iu E3D until you start your PCT.

I agree with RJH..again. 1000 is a bit much; i HATE those damn ampule s as I tend to crush em...clumsy german type and all that..

what is the best way to pop the top off with out shatering it

i hold the amp between my left index and thumb, so the tip of my thumb is on the amp and my index curls around them right at the neck then use your other index or middle finger to flick and snap the head of it off , i alco swab the amp first incase a shard of glass drops in. i hope that helps ya
