So I am on 500 I.u. HCG E3D. I notice when I take my 0.25 mg ADEX dose day before my HCG shot I start feeling symptoms of mild anxiety, appetie loss and reflux when I wake up and have my coffee before my morning run.
I think the 500 I.u. E3D dose may not need an A.I. or if it does I may be taking my a.i. at the wrong time when my Estradiol is at its lowest.
I was told to take A.i. day of HCG shot.....
Or maybe I dont even need it.
Did my 500 iu HCG shot yestrday....today feel great no aching joints, no nausea. Last ADEX dose was Tuesday 0.25 mg. My Estradiol is probably better now after yesterday's HCG dose I am thinking...
What do you guys think?
