That makes sense. All this bullshit about not telling your doc. about Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and you will never get proper treatment and analysis.
 
lower saturated fat intake
eliminate hydrogenated oils
eliminate high fructose corn syrup

glucorell will help with TG's
also reccomend
CARDIO- though looks like you have this in hand
sesapure
fish oil (enterically coated is a must)
green tea extract
red yeast rice extract


dex tends to negatively affect lipids, because of its high level suppression of estrone (not so great for gyno for a lot of people because it is less suppressive of estradiol).

next time use aromasin or AIFM.
