headache problems

Something happened yesterday thats worrying me. I was doing a leg workout. While doing leg presses (really high reps) near the very end of my set, when i was pushing myself to my limit, i experienced a very sudden and very painful headache. I racked the weight and had to sit down for about 3 minutes. The pain somewhat went away, but half way into my next set it flared up again and it was too painful to continue.

Later that night i was having sex with my gf and the headache came back and was once again extremely painful and extremely sudden.

Today i decided to do some cardio and once again the same things happened.

I stay very hydrated throughout the day, drinking over a gallon of water so what could this be?

Has anyone ever experienced something like this? The pain is so sudden and intense it makes me have to stop what I'm doing on the spot and clutch my head in my hands. The pain is from the back of my head all the way to my forehead

Any feedback would be really helpful! thanks guys

This has happened to me in the past and was a big problem because I was scared to lift too heavy, fearing the onset. I just increased my volume for a couple of weeks and dropped the weight and eventually it didn't pose as an issue anymore.

Relax, could be many thing especially tension, pressure headaches. Are you taking any supplements atm as well?

May be a good idea to take a few days off, then go back into it easy. There have been several times in my life where I have had headaches in similar situations. The human body is weird.
