Ok soo before you guys tell me i'm even too young to be posting here. Just hear me out. Please. I'm 17 years old. And have been working out for about 1 1/2 years now. I used to be extremely skinny when i was back in 8th to 9th grade. Like 121 lbs 5'9" skinny. Every time i would give someone a hello. They'd tell me how skinny i was. And it always bothered me i just never showed it. Now i'm about 138 5'10" And now that i'm a junior. it's back to the same thing. :/ Everyone else is just bigger. And it sucks. I've been trying to bulk up since last year and I've only jumped about 17lbs. Before you guys tell me i need to eat ALOT. Trust me i've done that. I used to take Russian Bear 5000 and i took that for about 3 months. It helped me gain, but barley. I was getting at least 4000 cal intake. And that was barley doing anything. I'm just really getting sick of being so small. My bro was the same way but he took some steroids and got thicker. That's basically all i want to be is just not skinny. So I was praying you guys can hear me out. I'm not one of those 17 year olds who go insane when they find body building and go retarded with it to the point where they can take their liver out, replace it with a nice sized stone, and it would do a better job. I'm just trying to get bigger. So i was thinking if i just take something very weak. Like methyl 1d or helladrol. Something that won't mess with me too much. You guys think this is possible?

P.S. I've been reading about for almost 3 months now so i know about PCT'ing and all that good stuff. So no teaching me. I know you guys hate people who ask the easiest questions to find. I just want to know if what i said Before is possible.
 
I have been in your shoes. I was super skinny in high school. But you have to remember two things:

1.) Using gear at your age will close your growth plates,

2.) Something weak will not cut it for you since you have massive amounts of testosterone already from puberty and beginning gear would be a test cycle.

Since your probably gonna go ahead and do what you want anyways though I will at least try to keep you from killing yourself. So here come the questions.

How much of that 4k cal was from food versus powder? Also how long were you on that 4k cal diet? If you did it for a month and expected to see drastic results think again.

I was eating 5k cals a day in high school and I was barely eaking out 2lbs a month. Also what are your activities like? Play sports? What is your workout split? What are you planning for a diet ratio? Can you list your on cycle diet? If you decide to shoot up it is gonna require probably around 5-6k cals a day since your a self proclaimed hard gainer.

So if your gonna do it go balls to the wall and hit up some test. You will probably get horrible acne and might lose some hair and get bitch tits but at least you won't be skinny you will just be have nasty acne and bitch tits. Which do you prefer skinny or boobsicles? I suppose you could use some AI's but those can get pricey. Plus post cycle therapy (pct) will be a real bitch for you since your shutting down your natural test at a crucial point in your growth. But hell if all that is worth the risk go for it. Just so you know I trained for ten years before I touched AS. I figured I could live with the skinny since bitch tits where not appealing to me and i wanted to max my possible growth potential.
 
Thanks for the info. I'm not the one to post something for no reason. So your post does matter in my decision. In the end, yes it is up to me, but you never stop learning so any info is good info. :)

1.) About half of that 4k cals were from powder. The other 2.3k about was from real food. I was on that diet for about 3 months.
gained about 2 to 3 lbs. per.

2.) My only activites i have are working out. And basketball which comes around every January. And that lasts for about 3 months. I workout about 5 to 6 times a week with 2 off days every other week. My on cycle diet would be something like this.

Meal 1: 1 banana, oats, 3 eggs, 2 slices of bread and 100% whey golden standard protein

Meal 2: Can of XL chunky cambells soup, 3 slices of bread w/butter, honey roasted almonds.

Meal 3: 2 PB and J sandwiches and assortment of berries.

Pre workout: Opti-men multivitamins, Superpump 250, Fish oil, Tostino Pizza.

After workout: RB5K, Tuna sandwich.

meal 4: Cesar salad, Chicken, apple w/ pb,
and steamed veggies.

Meal 5: Banana, RB5K, tablespoon of PB. 1 slice of toast w/ butter and jelly.

And tons pf water throughout the day.

And I'm not "shooting up" any real steroids id be taking more easier ones like helladrol or methy 1D. Oral prohormones.
 
Even though you are young, besides having your diet and training check, should get your hormones checked through a blood panel.
 
you need to up your food intake DRAMATICALLY!!! im not saying it do be a dick but it needs to be done... litterally 3.5k-4k should be your intake of normal food. if you cant do it. find a food that is lower proportioned that had high calories... but not DIRTY wise. at your age i was in the same situation... but i did it the other way.... and i know others will hate on this... but i ate nothing but mcdonalds for 2 years. but how active i was then an now are 2 different stories.

i was on the swimming team, track team, weight lifting teams. EVERYTHING. fast food was litterally the only thing to keep putting weight on me. and this is fact. i have a high ass metabolism and needed extreme measures. not saying this is the best route... but it helped.

I got this from a dietitian a while ago. it is not on the level 3J could probably do but, I think it may be alright for a young hard gainer. I am sure someone may come along and tweak this some more for you, but if not at least this gives you something to work with.

Honestly, if you ran the cycle properly, most teens only get their growth plates closed. So therefor you will not grow anymore. I honestly would not care because I am already 6'2", and I really do not want to grow anymore. However, that also means you won't grow any wider as well which also kind of sucks :/ But it's your call man, just if you do it please be safe.

I LIKE this outline much, since I too am a dietic, maybe some stuff could be changed such as dressings (not a fan of that), maybe more dairy since it will increase estrogen and progesterone levels which is what one wants on a bulk; of course, one does not want to overindulge causing a dramatic spike in those hormones because it will lead to increased catabolic hormones which defeats the purpose of muscle gain.

Wish I could take credit. Think you misunderstood I got this from a dietitian a while ago. I myself am not a dietitian.

Think about it- Your going to have to prepare your meals, go grocery shopping every week (spending at least $100.00 every week- which is what I do and thats just to get the bare minimums while on cycle). I don't know what your living situation is but when I was 17 I lived AT home with my parents. And if they saw me cooking and grocery shopping and preparing meals they would def. know something was up.

If you can honestly follow a diet plan for a few months, intake more food, and afford $100.00 grocery bills each week-then I say fine. Go for it. Your just sooo young.

What about this. Keep an online log here at ology. Follow a diet plan giving to you by one of us. Practice grocery shopping, preparing foods, eating THEM, workout plan etc. And lets see what kind of progress you have with that. IF, you can follow those strict dieting and workout plans and want to continue with using steroids-i'll help you more & so will others if you can prove you can follow and be legit.

HOnestly, its not as easy as it sounds to do JUST those things (diet, exercise, grocery shop, eat etc).
 
the last kid i was working with to talk out od doing roids the post was deleted so i wont even bother. its a waste of my time.

Would you like to help me out on a diet? I mean I already have a good diet, I would just like something new.
 
I can for sure. However, there is someone who is a complete expert in the "diet" section. I forget his name HELP GUYS??????????? He can get you started with your calorie intake & knowing how much your burn from a day2day basis.

Questions to ask or find out on your own.
1. how many calories is it going to take for me to grow?
2. what kind of food do I need that contain the cals/carbs/proteins that I need to grow
3. Putting together a schedule of times to eat throughout the day (6-8 sessions) and sticking to that schedule.
4. What supplements am I going to need to help with this weight gain; weight gainer, carbo gain, pre-drink, creatine, etc.
5. What are going to be my actual goals for this "natural Cycle". ITs important to give yourself a goal that want to obide by. Telling yourself thats its not ok to not reach this goal. So make it something obtainable: Putting on 10-15lbs in 2-3 months IS obtainable if you exercise and eat right.

As you see theres a lot of questions and researching. Start posting questions in the forums to help yourself get starting.

Read through my log if you want in the log section: "Wanna see big gains" I update it daily almost so it should be one of the first ones.

Methyl 1-D would be the worst. Those ph things shut u down harder then real steroids. At your age I would just stick to Creatine and peptides till your at least 23.
 
I can understand your problem. But you are only 17. You have to wait for a year one or two. Your body is not able to get these types of supplements. If you will take then take only natural types of supplements they are not having any bad or side effects.
 
You're too young...you'll shoot your eye out kid.

Just be patient and wait dude. Your body is nowhere clost to being done growing. You're an idiot if you use anything before you're at least 21.

Bro....I can't agree more with Barrysanders. I'm 34 yrs old and being in this game for several years, it has never gotten easy. You have to understand how this becomes a costly, strict lifestyle. Not to mention very dedicated and when ur 17 do u really wanna dedicate ur life to this?? You're gonna do what u want but its just my advice. I think u need to seek other soluti0ns, when i was a teenager, the LAST thing on my mind was steroids.
