Never too much...but I'm old school.

I'd rather see someone eat protein and fill up on that rather than ice cream and garbage...What the body doesn't need or use will just be expelled.

As you know I'm sure, protein will fill you up much better than carbs anyday. Maybe instead of peaches for a "snack" have some turkey or chicken breast. 500 g of protein at 250 lbs is WAYYY over kill. I weigh 235 and I only consume about 300 g..

and after posting this back to eating...lol saw some youghurt on the fridge!I took a bowl put 2 sccops of whey,oats,youghurt...and damn so delicious like milk cream...im insane...i guess ill never have the true power to cut up

Caffeine blunts hunger. Ephedrine plus caffeine does better.

If you're trying to cut weight, you need to eat in a caloric deficit. By that very definition, most are likely going to be hungry in this situation. The best way, IMO, to curb hunger is to minimize processed foods as much as possible. Load up on lean protein and fresh vegetables. I find that minimizing sugar intake and getting my programmed carb intake instead from sweet potatoes, brown rice, vegetables, Ezekiel bread, etc. helps to reduced hunger.

I can eat 6 McDonald's cheeseburgers and still be hungry, but can put down a large chicken breast, 2 cups of brocolli and .5 cup of brown rice and feel pretty full. Big caloric difference in the two meals, but about the same hunger response.

You migh also consider reducing the number of meals you eat to allow for larger meals in the context of your daily caloric plan.

Also remember, that if dieting was easy, everyone would look great. Compare that with reality. I took a walk on the Santa Monica pier today and got a big dose of it.

A keto diet will stop you from feeling hungry, first 5 days are tough but after that you'll rarely even thinking about food. I think the constant glucose levels stop cravings on a VLCD where as eating carbs they're up and down all the time making you crave food (generelly carbs)

Drink diet fizzy drinks, pepsi max is my favourite, some people would say water is better but I prefer diet drinks because they taste nice and somewhat stop me feeling hungry.

Ephedrine and caffeine work well. Black coffee is really good too.

If you're eating carbs tailer them around when you're active, so before you workout, after you workout then at night reduce them or during day when you're inactive etc. Stick to complex carbs aswel.

Do something that'll take your mind off food, like playing xbox :D . Always works for me.

Good luck bro.

Ive got this pallet of cinder blocks to move but the skid steer is out of commission, maybe you could move that shit for me. Jeez, impressive.
