Helladrol + Dermacrine = surprising results so far...

So I increased my calories substantially the same time I started Dermacrine plus Helladrol. I was already taking Creatine for about a month prior. This is my first time taking a Prohormone and I've never done a real cycle. However I've been lifting for 14 years and have gained around 45lbs completely naturally. I am an ectomorph body type.

Today is my 2 week mark, which I realize the full potential hasn't even kicked in yet. I started at 187lbs and I'm already up to 200lbs! I've never been over 200lbs in my life! This is awesome!

I realize there is no way this is even close to all muscle weight. But when I got out of the shower yesterday my wife said "dang baby, you looked jacked!". It was kind of funny because she isn't into fitness and I've never heard her even use that word before.

I said, "am I starting to look fat?" She said, "No not at all!"

Anyways, I feel great... I look great... I didn't have high hopes going into this but I can say that Helladrol+Dermacrine is legit. My neck and shoulders are huge.

No sides except acne. But in all honesty, sometimes when I'm not taking anything I still would get breakouts. Tanning helps.

I'm even more excited than when I started to see my final results. My end goal is still the same, to keep 10lbs of solid bodyweight after my PCT. Which now I think should be easy to achieve.

All of that said, I wanted to thank everyone in this forum. I read through here for a long time before deciding what to try first. Everyone is very generous with their knowledge. Thanks!
 
Two weeks in, and you're already up almost 15 pounds! That's fantastic--most people say Hella takes that long just to kick in. My only two cents is to make sure you run a proper PCT after and that you take liver precautions while on cycle. I wouldn't go much past eight weeks.

Recommendations:
On cycle: N2 Guard (for liver) and HcGenerate for natural test base.
---Then start your PCT about two weeks before end of cycle.
PCT: Forma Stanzol + Protein Factory Post Cycle + Unleashed + HcGenerate. OR Nolva + Aromasin. The latter are obviously a more powerful PCT, but they also come with more sides in my experience.

It's hard to hold onto gains from Hella because, as you say, some of it is water. But, good luck and definitely plan out your PCT (if you haven't already).
 
Excellent news bro and well done on the gains it sounds like you are on key with all the necessities and are now reaping the rewards of your effort and discipline.
Helladrol is known well to add quality lean muscle with no/little bloat, it doesn't convert to estrogen at all really, so I doubt your holding much water weight and is why, as the Mrs put it, your looking Jacked :D always nice to hear..

The diet improvements will be helping massively as well bro and as your so early you can def expect a lot more to come from your cycle.

Hella was awesome for me. Did herbal PCT and bounced back no problem.
Even though I was feeding the cycle like a bulk, it ended up being a recomp cycle.
Lost a lot of BF! Good stuff.
Enjoy. Week 3 is going to bring awesome strength gains I'm sure.

Let me ask everyone this... I know with the real gear, guys workout a lot more often and do not take days off in between. I'm sure it's normal for a person on the real gear to do 5-6 days a week in the gym.

Since starting this Dermacrine and Helladrol cycle, I have increased my workouts to 2 days on, 1 day off, then repeat. Does that sound good?

I've been lifting a long time. Only reason I'm asking is I know I have a good handle on how my body reacts naturally. But don't know how much you guys usually increase your workouts on a prohormone cycle?
 
Your recovery on Hella is way faster. I run a 5 day split and am never sore the next time a muscle group rolls around.
 
Do some post workout cardio (not too much like 15-20 minutes) and keep your heart rate below 130 (between 120-130 is perfect). This will keep your gherlin level high so you will have an appetite to eat and it'll help you lose more fat while not messing with your gains. But you have made some amazing gains bud.

As far as the workout I always do a 5 day split no matter what but right now I am cutting and working with shelby and I am doing a 3 day split but I do one of the workouts twice in a week. It is pretty intense especially for not being able to eat any carbs and doing 7 days a week cardio, but the results are amazing. Keep up the great work! :)

normally same rest routine just lift alot harder and got harder in the gym don't wanna over do it and maybe hurt yourself since gains will come faster while on cycle
 
Everyone should understand that even on the strongest steroid, 1 lean lb of muscle a week is about all the body can muster up, the rest is glycogen, water, maybe fat??? but more than a lb or two in two weeks is not possible unless maybe you are on slin, hgh, tren and even then it's not much more than a lb of lean meat

Ummmmm...really? Why hgh over steroids?

I am going to say with a great diet and an ass tearing workout you can achieve a lot of muscles on as little steroids. I am literally cutting right now with zero damn carbs (like to the point that I can even eat PB anymore and I put measured out oil on my food) and I am gaining a lb a month a week without an issue...that's on a cut...with 7 days a week cardio and only 400mg of test.

Edit: and three of my meals comes from WPI (http://www.orbitnutrition.com/cart/protein-powder/whey-protein-isolate.html) and not even chicken to cut more carbs out.
 
Hey everyone... I've been trying to post progress pictures but the forum is not letting me. I've posted pictures plenty of times in other forums, it's not rocket science. I've tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome. I've tried to insert Image and Add Attachment like the FAQ stated. The images or attachments never show up.

I'd like to determine if this is my problem or a problem with the forum. Has anyone else been able to post pictures in the last few days?

If you posted a pic, I could not see it. I tried 3 browsers, plus a different PC, plus my Android. Although on my Android it did show a small Question mark under your text.

When I try to insert a pic or attachment I get "Fatal error: Could not create file system directory to hold your attachment."
 
I've been in pretty good physical shape most of my adult life. Daily I would have random people start to talk with me about fitness, etc... I'm embarrassed to post the before picture. The before pic is what I let myself become after 3 years of marriage, a couple kids, and increasingly stressful corporate jobs. (I'm 32 years old and 6'2")

Anyways, in 5 weeks I went from 187lbs. to 204lbs. I have 1 more week on my Helladrol cycle. I think it was a combination of muscle memory, doubling my calories, and Helladrol because I had gained most of it within the first few weeks. (Although I've never weighed over 196lbs before).

I wear a lot of button up fitted shirts, business casual... They are busting at the seams across my chest now. Feels good to fill out a shirt like that again!
