Helladrol + Dermacrine = surprising results so far...

I'm not sure on BF. More than I'd like to carry around but I'm trying to gain as much muscle as possible during my first cycle of anything.

I lose weight so fast I'm not concerned about dropping the BF a bit before summertime is in full swing.

You did a Helladrol cycle recently too correct? What was your final results?

Final numbers are in.

I went from

198 @ 28 BF = 142.5 LBM

to

201 @ 21 BF = 159 LBM

That's a whoopin' 16.5 lbs of lean gains. AFTER PCT.
Yeehaw.


To be fair, the first BF number was a photo estimate from 3J, the 2nd a 4 point skin fold measurement.
Either way, just goes to show you, that a scale by itself, or even a scale and a tape just aren't cutting it to evaluate success or failure in this game.
The mirror was telling me all along that I was moving in the right direction.
Fuck, even if both BF numbers are off, I am absolutely certain, that I put on 8+ lbs of muscle while losing a shitload of BF.

I haven't decided if I'm going to do another Helladrol cycle next or take a chance and order some real gear online.

Although I do feel I should reach out to 3J soon either way!

I use 3J btw.

Unfortunately my wife got really sick during my week 6 (final week). I had the kids every night. So I missed probably the most potent week of lifting.

I'm still feeling really good about the results!

I feel ya i been putting off cycles forever because of family life.I'm going to have some cycle time for myself this summer though I hope
