hello everyone! just wanted to introduce myself to the board.... im currently 21 270lbs 5' 9" ish... im a complete fatass. i havent been to the gym in about 2 years and i gained a lot of weight in that time. i just started back up one week ago, and i wanted to get some opinions from you guys. after reading for a few hours last night, i think ive decided to get on clen (2weeks on 2 weeks off/taperd doses) to give me that little extra push in my journey to lose weight. i plan on taking the taurine also (1000mg 3x per day).. as you can see, bodybuilding is not my passion, nor is it a career. just something that i want to get into to live a healthy lifestyle, so that is where i could make my relation to everyone on this board.

for those who have used clen, how helpful was it? i used to be on ephedine hydroxycut a few years back and i loved it, even with the dizzyness, jitters, and all that nonsense. how would clen compare? also, would you happen to remember how many lbs you were dropping in a one week/month period? im basicallly just trying to see how well clen has worked for everyone, or how not so well.

as of current, ive been on a mostly vegetable diet with a lot of "smoothies" consisting of a variety of bananas, strawberries, fat free yogurts, 1% milk, plus a lot of greens, gilled chicken sometimes, and just over all trying to eat better than what ive been doing for the past two years (mcdonalds, wendys, etc)

at the gym, im doing a mile for every cumulative week ive been at the gym on the treadmill.. this week im at 2 miles every day mon-fri, then i hit the freeweights, but not very intensely. ill do maybe 3-4 excercises for free weights at 3-4 sets 10-12 reps, one musclue group per day.

im running late for work, so if theres anything im missing please let me know!

i basically really just wanted to know more about the clen though ;) tried searching last night, and found a lot of things, but not so much personal reviews and how it worked while they were on it.

thanks again guys/gals!

stay away from clen. Not good for your heart at all.

get your diet straight, start exercising, maybe supplement with green tea extract, and when your weight loss slows, then start with Ephedrine and caffiene.

clen also causes some very intense cramps, which in my opinion makes the eca stack a better choice.

hmm.. now im not so sure on the clen.. haha..

i was reading on a thread under min "fat burners" and some guy listed a page that sells ephedra products on the web.. im now also considering that possibility of going back to ephedra..

as far as the eca stack, what exactly is it? im going to do a search right now on it, but id figure id ask for full details instead of getting information from 100 different past threads.

Welcome to the board. Good to see you are checking out the diet forum. I'm sorry to say, but clen isn't the magic pill you are looking for. You need to concentrate on dieting and training, or you will fail.

Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirine.

Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirine.

i know theres no magic pill available, i was just looking into something to give me that extra edge.

right now, its between clen, or an ephedra based supplement called

thermo-hydroxine from ANSI

Can you post your typical daily diet. We might be able to tweak a few things before you spend your money.

im telling you, forget clen even exists.

check out the cutting sticky, get your diet and excersize plan straight to the point where youre consistently losing weight, and improving in the gym, get some green tea extract, and then later get some ephedrine and caffeine when weight loss beings to slow. Since youre untrained and overweight, youll be able to make good progress (bodyfat and muscle mass) now without stimulants. Once the "noob effect" wears off, and fat loss slows, then start with the stimulants/thermogenics.

btw the ANSI product is ephedra free, not ephedra based.

I suggest - when you are ready - you try them both and see what works out best for you. Compare the results. Just don't use them together.
Personally I don't use either. All you need is sticking to a good diet, really.
