Hello! I'm new here, would like some help for my 1st cycle

I would like some recommendations or suggestions as to what I should take for my first cycle. I'm 28yrs old, 5'10, 205lbs, don't know BF but if I had to guess 12%, and I Olympic Lift and I train and compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I'm not looking to put on size because I need to make weight for tournaments and comps, but gain strength and lean up. I have been lifting since I was 16yrs old and have played sports since I was 10.

My diet pretty solid, I eat 6-7 times a day, anywhere from 40-50grams of protein per meal, only time I eat carbs are for breakfast, pre and post workout and that anywhere from 60-75grams of carbs. On the meals with out carbs it's protein, veggies, and 20grams of fat (fish oil, almonds, avocados, and peanut butter)

Sample meal plan

Meal 1
1cup of egg beaters, greek yogurt (15g of protein), 6g of fish oils, 1/2 cup of dry oats, 250g of fruits (strawberries, pine apple, Blue berries) blended with water, kale, and spinach

Meal 2
2 scoops of whey protein w/30 almonds and asparagus or 7oz of tilapia or chicken, asparagus, 16g of fish oil

Pre-Workout meal 3
7oz chicken breast, 5g of fish oils, 250g of fruits (strawberries, pine apple, Blue berries) blended with water, kale, and spinach, and 1/2 brown rice

Post Workout meal 4
2scoops of whey protein and 75g of carbs from Pure Karbolyn

Meal 5
7oz of tilapia or chicken, asparagus, 16g of fish oil

Meal 6
4oz tilapia or chicken, asparagus, 16g of fish oil, and a scoop of Casein

I appreciate all suggestions
 
Many aas will increase your size-weight, If you need to stay in a certain weight class you will need to monitor your cycle closely, I am assuming you are looking for added strength and not so much size. I would recommend you go to the top page that says "Steroid Profiles" and read what each one does.

Pros and cons to all. I can tell you without a doubt to stay away from Tren, You will notice shortness of breath and your cardo will be almost impossible to complete. I will bump this and maybe others will chime in.
 
Thank you for responding! One of the dealers I know recommended Tren, but I didn't know that it affected cardio. I have looked into Anavar and Winstrol. I know that Ben Johnson got busted for Winstrol (winny) at the Seoul Olympics and I have also read that it's very hard on your joint and dries them out so you're more prone to injuries.
 
Hey dude

As Bull said AAS will make you pick up size and weight and sides like water retention might pose a problem for you if you need to stick to weight classes for your martial arts.

I would assume dosing might also influence your weight gain and strength. Almost all AAS will increase strength but yoou need to be careful as if you are competing I am not sure if they would test you for AAS and disqualify you.

Do some research but before you get into AAS and maybe get in touch with 3J I am sure just eating right will help you pick up strength along with some weight training. The key is discovering the amount of calories your body burns which 3J can help with, from there you can watch your weight.

AAS also as said might hit your fitness level as some AAS affect cardio and in your sport you need to be fit
 
Well, my brother sounds like you are doing great without it and you have worked so hard so far, why take a little short cut now.. keep at it and by the way welcome aboard
 
I'm surprised nobody has said it. At the end of the day, he's going to do a cycle no matter what advice we give. Read the title of his post! He just wants to know what to do. OP, test @ 500mg for 12 weeks followed by a post cycle therapy (pct). Use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on cycle if you get estro sides. Search whatever you don't understand (PCT, Aromatase inhibitor (AI) etc.). If you can't find an answer from the ten million posts already covered on these topics then you are retarded. You're welcome.
 
Thanks Guys! I sent 3J some e-mails yesterday after seeing some of his clients before and after pics. I think you guys are right and I'm just going to get with 3J and stick with whatever diet plan he gives me.
