Im new to steroids and need help and 2nd opinion

Im 25 5'11 weigh 190lbs
My cycle is Sustanon 250, boldenon, nolvadex and anavars

I take 6 anavars a day 1 nolvadex every second day e.g (first pill monday 2nd pill wednesday)
I take 1 ml of sustanon, 1 ml of boldenon every 3rd day e.g(first shot monday second shot thursday)

this is what was recommended to me. Is this a good enough cycle to go on for the next 8 weeks?

First cycles should be Test E only!!

Nolva is not an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). If you want bitch tits then go ahead.

Your first cycle should be ran for 12 weeks. Not 8.

Research more. You don't know what the hell you're doing.

Bro, that is the shittiest cycle I have seen in the long time. If this is your first cycle, you need to do test only. Running all those compounds for a first cycle is a big no no. Besides that, Sustanon and Boldenone need to be ran more than 8 weeks man. At least 12 weeks. Also, it shows your newbie status with flying colors when you don't list MG dosages because you don't know them. Ok, so how many MG of Nolvadex and Anavar are each pill?? You also mention nothing about Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for this cycle nor do you mention anything about post cycle therapy (pct). Please do yourself a huge favor and just research this stuff and come up with a better plan. I wouldn't touch the steroids at this moment in time. You have a lot to learn. If you choose to cycle, run a 12 week cycle of a long ester testosterone and research Anti-E's, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), and proper PCT's. Good luck.

my vars are 10mg and my novadex is 10mg aswell.... its my first cycle and first time taking them, ive read so many different views its ridiculous. everyone has different opinion lol

That doesn't mean shit. I will tell you that if your buddy suggested this to you for a first cycle, he is completely wrong on this one. I told you that the EQ needs to be run at least 12 weeks even if you were to run this retarded cycle. Same goes for your Sustanon. On top of that, if all you have is 10ml's of Sustanon 250, then you are taking just 250mg per week. A first time test cycle needs to be around 400-500mg per week, preferably 500mg per week. Again, your buddy doesn't know shit about cycling.

yeah mate thats a pretty crappy cycle you plan on running you should just get test e my man make sure u got a solid pct after aswell and some Aromatase inhibitor (AI) u dont want no gyno after your 1st cycle that would be hell
