Goal Weight - 17/18 stone

I have been training for about 10yrs mostly boxing but now want to put some weight on , I have been eating well and following a good diet but I always struggle to put weight on . I have been taking Cidoteston and Deca 1 mil of each every 5 days for about 8 weeks , Also been taking CNP Pro Mass and CNP Pro Creatine and getting decent results but now I have just got my next course of steroids , I have Test 400 supplied by Med Tech Soloutions and Deca From Med Tech Solutions , 10 Mil of each and been told to have it every 1mil of each every 4 Days is this right ? and i have read that its very painful is this also right ? . I would just like some help and advice in gaining weight and general info on the best stacks to use and buy for best results if i can get to 17/18 stone I would be very happy at 6ft 3 i would look pretty good to ;o)
 
i have no idea what weight stones are.

so how much test and deca have you been running for 8 weeks? sounds like about 350mg of each a week, you should have put on some weight already.

For the Humilin R, you can go to the pharmacy and get it if online is too much of a
hassle. Just say you***8217;re diabetic, which you are of course, and you***8217;ll get a bottle.
Since you have the products now, let***8217;s look at the big picture. Before your workout
(10min before), you do 2 IUs INS and take 2 tbsp. AAs w/ 20g carbs and 20 g protein.
Get in the gym and train like an animal, preferred heavy lifting to failure like beyond-
failure-HIT-training. Before you finish your workout, 10 min before ***8211; about the time
you have 4 sets left, take 4 tbsp. AAs mixed w/ 10g CR, and the last 4 sets should be high
volume ***8211; 25+ reps where you rep to failure with a semi-light weight. Remember, this is
all done for the bodypart/parts you***8217;re training that day, so on a bi/tri day, you***8217;ll do 4sets
bi***8217;s/4 tri***8217;s, and if it***8217;s only a chest day then you do 4 sets chest only and so on.
As soon as you***8217;re done with your workout, take 10IUs INS, immediately drink a protein
shake that has: 50g protein, 100g carbs. Use only whey protein ***8211; PURE whey, best
bought from All The Whey | Whey Protein Supplements for Bodybuilding and Health . For the carbs, use dextrose from
Whey Protein Powder, Wholesale Protein, Whey Protein Isolate | Protein Factory . With the shake, mix in 3 tbsp. of AAs and 15g CR.
After you have taken the shake, you can go home, for you have a 2 hour window where
you should not sleep b/c INS (Humilin R) usually kicks in 2 times. About 1 1***8260;2 hrs after
your INS injection, eat a big meal of carbs/proteins ***8211; look for about 100g protein, 50g
carbs.
INSULIN WARNINGS:
If you feel dizzy, shaky, or experience any abnormality that***8217;s out of the ordinary after
taking an insulin shot, EAT MORE CARBS. In the case of the immediate PW (post-
workout) drink more carbs.

Can I use AS (anabolics) while on the diet?
Sure, I don***8217;t see why not...the insulin will do wonders in improving your growth and
potential of the anabolics

NO! you have to eat the protein ratios I set-up when using insulin, otherwise if you don***8217;t
eat you***8217;ll go into a hypoglycemic coma and die or get ample brain damage.
Will insulin improve my sex drive?
I haven***8217;t seen studies say that it can, but I doubt it can.
Will insulin make my sperm count lower?

Will insulin get me a hard on?
I don***8217;t know, but if it doesn***8217;t, don***8217;t come complaining to me when you can***8217;t give it to
your girl.
Will insulin get me laid?
If you have to ask this question, then you***8217;ll never get laid.
Can I give insulin and anabolics to my girlfriend?
Sure, but the side-effects can be unholy. It all depends on her goals and motivations.
Can women use this diet?
Yes, this diet is a universal diet, it can be used by all. I do think it is preferred more by
men due to the ***8220;anabolic***8221; effect that it has. However, I would NOT recommend it for
women b/c it***8217;s insulin based, which women can do w/o.
Can insulin be used as a recreational drug?
NO! NO! NO!, but again, if your type of recreation is hypoglycemic comas then go right
on. YOU CAN DIE!
Who should NOT use insulin?
People with Low-IQ/People that Can***8217;t read a syringe/People that are already brain
dead/People that think ***8220;more is better***8221; works with everything/People that think they are
immortal/People that are stupid/People that can***8217;t follow simple directions
 
Why not post up your diet. I have a feeling this is where the problem is.

I am going to start a new diet on Monday I will post it up and check my weight after a week and keep you posted :o) I normally eat lots but not the right stuff but want to gain as much as i can now and be a 6ft 3 Beast ;o)
 
New Diet that I am goin to try on Mon 8/11/2010 , Will this be a good diet and do u think it will give me good bulk ??

Morning - 7am - 3 Weetabix , 1 Pint of Cnp Pro Mass.

8.30am - 3 Boiled Eggs , 2 Slices of Chedder Cheese

10 am - Bannana , Snickers Chocolate Bar. 3 Cnp Pro Creatine Tablets

12 am - 2 Wholemeal Sandwiches with Tuna

2 pm - 1 Pint of Cnp Pro Mass

4 pm - Apple , Orange

6 pm - 2 Tuna Sandwiches

8 pm - 2 Chicken Breast - 2 Baked Patatoes

10 pm - Pro Flapjack

10.30pm Zzzzzzzzz ;)

Will this be a good weight gainer ?

i mean its ok but thats not how i do it-i guess everyone is different.

i eat eggs (fried) steaks, chicken, pasta and potatoes when im trying to gain weight.

alot of people like to try and do clean bulks, but i dont put on much fat when on test, no matter what i eat, it all goes straight to my chest :)
 
Here's the thing with diets....

Everyone is different!

Give your diet about 2-3 weeks and if you're getting stronger, then it's working.

If you're putting on too much stomach fat, then you're eating too much.

If you're feeling lethargic, you're undereating.

Tamper your diet so that it works for you...

Also, I'd suggest throw out your shakes and eat real food. The only time you should have a shake is right after your workout.

Shoot to eat 6x a day, and make each meal a decent size. I usually get anywhere from 400-700 calories per meal.

I get about 3,000-3,500 calories a day and I weigh 230, and have been making EXCELLENT gains. Like I said though, everyone is different.
 
He's 175lbs. wanting to gain almost 80lbs. I say eat everything in site and keep training.

yes everything, none of this boiled egg shit-go fuck up some buffets if you want to put on that kind of weight.

i love mongolian barbecue, you make your own shit, can eat as much as you want.
 
i think some people are scared to mix it up a bit 9x out of 10 i alway see chicken chicken ckicken in there meal plan and no pasta no sweet potatoe etc etc

I like to eat a bit of game like veal, phaseant, pigeon ''yes pigeon'' wierd i know, but its free when you shoot it:)
 
Also way of the topic but on food... has any 1 watch MAN VS FOOD now that's some caloric intake dude... the man can eat !!!!! and the food looks soooooo fucking good mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ;)
